Convocation
Time: 09.00 – 10.20
We are excited to welcome you to our UPH Family. We have prepared a Welcoming Ceremony for Thursday, August 15, 2024.
This ceremony is a long tradition in our UPH Festival. In it, the Rector will officially inaugurate you as part of our UPH Family, and you will meet our UPH Leaders.

Distinguished Guest Speaker
Time: 10.30 – 12.00
Get ready to be inspired by our Distinguished Guest Speakers. New students and guests will have the opportunity to delve into the fascinating world of Artificial Intelligence, exploring both the challenges and opportunities it presents from experts. We will be challenged to apply this year’s Theme – A Mind of Excellence, as scholars, leaders, and citizens in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
College Talk
Time: 14.05 – 15.35
This event features experts from your faculties who will encourage you to pursue intellectual growth, collaboration, and innovation. Join us for stimulating academic discussions, exploring interdisciplinary connections, and inspiring the advancement of knowledge in various fields.
Founder's 5K Run
Time: 06.00 – 08.00
Welcoming the 2024/2025 Academic Year, UPH invites new students from the 2024 batch in a 5K Run with Founder, UPH Leaders, seniors, and alumni.
Faculty Fellowship
Time: 14.00 – 16.00
This is a moment with students and alumni where new students will be introduced to Faculty Leaders, Lecturers, Academic Advisors, and Administrative staff. New students will be provided with administrative and academic information that will be useful during their study at Universitas Pelita Harapan. New students will also be introduced to the HMF/HMPS (Student Body), as well as alumni of their respective faculties and study programs.
Basketball Match
Time: 17.00 – 18.00
Don’t miss the high-energy basketball game; support your favorite team in action. The game features a renowned team of student-athletes who are always delegates in “Liga Mahasiswa” competitions.
Student Life Orientation
Time: 10.10 – 11.35
Mentor & Mentee Fellowship
Time: 10.45 – 11.50
The introduction to what it’s like on campus will provide information on UPH’s student organizations, communities, activities, programs, facilities, and student support services to engage you in the campus environment you will enjoy and experience during your university years.
Closing Celebration
Time: 18.15 – 19.35
You don’t want to miss this spectacular Celebration with Fireworks Show as we welcome all new students to start their journey at UPH! Enjoy the artistic and futuristic performances by our Conservatory of Music featuring Guest Stars.
