Planning Your Days at UPH Festival!
- Attendance at all required UPH Festival events is mandatory. Be sure to include your academic advising sessions in your schedule and take advantage of the optional activities available throughout the week.
- As you begin this exciting new chapter, we encourage you to balance your schedule by taking time to rest, eat well, and adjust to your new campus environment.
- UPH Smartcard: Please keep your UPH Smartcard with you and wear it throughout the UPH Festival. It is required for entry to all festival events and can also be used as your payment card at the Food Junction and Food Hall.
- Meals during the UPH Festival, students are welcome to bring their own lunch boxes and snacks. Alternatively, you can explore a wide variety of dining options at the UPH Food Junction, featuring 28+ food stalls offering a diverse selection of meals and beverages. Enjoy a wide selection of unique food and beverages at the Food Junction and Food Hall while connecting with new friends throughout the UPH Festival.
- Health & Safety: If you are feeling ill, inform your mentor. Our clinic is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Sustainability: Carry your reusable water bottle with you, and look for signs introducing you to sustainability practices around campus.
Stay connected throughout the UPH Festival by regularly checking your @uph.edu email and the UPH Mobile App, where you will receive important announcements, schedules, updates, and other essential information.
To support your transition into university life, each group of approximately 20 new students will be accompanied by two UPH Mentors. Your mentors will be available throughout the festival to answer questions, provide guidance, and help you navigate campus life with confidence.
Navigate the UPH campus with ease using the Campus Map available on the UPH Mobile App (UMA). The app helps you locate classrooms, event venues, campus facilities, dining options, restrooms, and other key locations throughout the UPH Festival.
